Blue Flare (Japanese: あおいほのお Blue Fire) is a damage-dealing Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation V. This move, along with Fusion Flare, is one of Reshiram's signature moves.

Effect

Blue Flare inflicts damage and has a 20% chance of burning the target.
