This is a list of the teams of {{ga|Blue|the rival}} in {{game2|Red|Green|Blue}}. His [[starter Pokémon]] depends on the player's choice (he will choose the one that weakens the player's), while the remainder of his team will be filled out based on this choice. In the battle on the S.S. Anne, Blue has a Raticate; however, before the next battle, Blue is facing a gravestone and he no longer has the Raticate. Some believe that his Raticate died or was killed, while others assume that he simply deposited it in the PC.
