In battle
When a Pokémon with Blaze uses a Fire-type move, it will do 150% of its damage if the user has less than or equal to 33% of its maximum HP remaining.
Outside of battle
Blaze has no effect outside of battle.
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon
In Pokémon Mystery Dungeon, it will do double the damage if the Pokémon using it is below 25% of its HP.
