The Battle Arena Decks: Rayquaza vs Keldeo are a special set of Theme Decks released for the Pokémon Trading Card Game during the XY BREAK Series. It was released on September 21, 2016.

Two Mighty Pokémon Battle for Victory!

Rayquaza and Keldeo go head to head in the new Pokémon TCG Battle Arena Decks! These two 60-card decks are ready to play right away, with powerful cards and winning strategies worthy of an ace Trainer! Each deck is led by an exceptional Pokémon-EX and includes 10 foil cards. Let the battle begin!

Information

The Theme Decks within this set feature Rayquaza and Keldeo. Despite the featured Pokémon being Dragon type, the Rayquaza deck focuses on the Lightning type; the Keldeo deck focuses on the same type as its featured card, the Water type. Like the first Battle Arena Decks, an XY Black Star Promo was exclusively released through this product: Karen. The Non Holofoil versions of XY Raichu, Legendary Treasures Victini, Legendary Treasures Zapdos, BREAKthrough Octillery, Noble Victories Victini, and BW Promo N are also exclusive to this release. In addition, all prints of the included Pokémon-EX utilize the Sheen Holofoil typical of the XY Series, instead of their original Mirror Holofoil.
