'''Bailey''' (Japanese: '''ヒカル''' ''Hikaru'') is a [[character of the day]] in the [[Pokémon anime]]. She appeared in ''[[EP122|Flower Power]]''. Her Japanese voice actress is  鈴木真仁 ''Masami Suzuki''.

She [[Pokémon training|trains]] [[Pokémon]] to dance and perform various acrobatic moves to put on shows, similar to a [[Pokémon Coordinator]]. {{Ash}} and {{Ashfr|co.}} met her at the [[Johto]] [[Pokémon Exhibition]] and she helped teach his {{AP|Pikachu}} dance-like dodging moves. One of her {{p|Bellossom}} lacked the confidence to do a complex flip move until a fight with [[Team Rocket]] inspired her to finally execute it perfectly.

|desc=Bailey has two {{p|Bellossom}} named Belle (レイ ''Rei'') and Bella (ハナ ''Hana'') who she uses to preform acrobatic dances for the [[Johto]] [[Pokémon Exhibition]] held in [[Florando]]. They first appeared training with Bailey attracting a huge audience including {{Ash}} and {{Ashfr|his friends}}. Bailey told them to do a 'Loop-de-Loop' but something goes wrong a Bella comes crashing down on Ash. It is then revealed that the Bellossom used to be able to preform the move but Bella is a bit slump now and can't quite get the hang of the 'Loop-de-Loop' making it sad. Then in a battle with [[Team Rocket]] they are able to preform moves to dodge [[Jessie's Arbok|Arbok]] and [[James's Victreebel|Victreebel]] and send them alsleep with {{m|Sleep Powder}}. Later they teache {{AP|Pikachu}} and [[Misty's Togepi|Togepi]] dance moves. It was then revealed that Belle and Bella used to battle but prefered to dance.

Later they are captured along with other Pokémon by Team Rocket, Pikachu is able to get them back down to the ground. Suddenly after Belle and Bella are free they preform a sucessful Loop-de-Loop and send Team Rocket blasting off with 'Tornado Twister'. At the Pokémon Exhibition, Belle and Bella preform another sucessful Loop-de-Loop and get standing ovation.

== Trivia ==

*Bailey is somewhat similar to {{jo|Brittany}} in the fact that she had two of the same Pokémon that perfomed together. Also, both of their pairs of Pokémon have nicknames that are similar to their partners'. (Bailey owns two Bellossom named Belle and Bella. Brittany's Igglybuff are named Gigglybiff and Gigglybuff.)
