Backdrops are items introduced in Generation IV. They are stored in the Fashion Case, along with Accessories.
Backdrops are used for taking Pokémon pictures in Jubilife City, only one can be used at a time. New ones are won every day in the Lottery of the same city if the last digit of a Pokémon's ID number matches. They can also be found from a lady of Pal Park who is watching the Catching Show.
