(Japanese: ニャゴシエーター・ニャース！ズルズキン説得作戦！！ Nyagotiator Nyarth! Zuruzukin Persuasion Tactics!!) is the 43rd episode of the Best Wishes series, and the 700th episode of the Pokémon anime. It first aired in Japan on August 18, 2011.
Synopsis
On their way to Nimbasa City, gang take a brake for a lunch. When Tepig and Axew were playing, they found unconscious Meowth in bushes. They notice everybody else, Cilan quickly inspect Meowth´s condition realizing that it is very bad. Cilan and Iris gave him medicine, soon after Meowth returned consciousness. When he open his eyes he is startled of what he saw. Iris asks him what is Team Rocket doing here so Meowth told them that he is not part of Team Rocket anymore.
Ash asks him what happened. Meowth says that nothing happened and try to run away, but he is not able to run in that condition. Then he tell a story of how he got kicked from Team Rocket. Meowth was entrusted to carry out an operation, but he was unsuccessful so he was taken back to headquarters to hear what the consequences were. He leave headquarters sadly imagining how Jessi and James are leaving him. In shock and without knowing what to do, he kept walking. Then he met gang.
Cilan suggests that they took Meowth with them, but Ash and Iris don´t think that this is good idea. Then Cilan says that he is only Meowth in Unova region and that he will be lonely. Meowth refuses, but Iris says that he can faint again if they leave him. Ash says that he can come with them only if he will not do any evil deeds. Meowth says that from when he is not in Team Rocket he don´t have a reason to do evil deeds. So he promise to be good and he join them.
As they start walking, Meowth praise Ash how he is good trainer. He called Iris a princess with Axew is rather cute, and told Cilan that the soup he made was very delicious. Then the shiny object fall on the road attracting Axew. Axew try to grab it, but he is kidnapped by Scrafty. Gang follow Scrafty to his hiding place. Meowth stops others telling that they mustn´t get close to Scrafty´s hut because he could hurt Axew. Ash run toward Scrafty, but Meowth stops him telling that Scrafty is serious and that they should not anger him. Pikachu agreed with Meowth. Cilan suggests that they wait here until he cool down. Axew try to use Dragon Rage on Scrafty, but he evade it.
Meowth tell others that he will take from here that he is Nyagotiator. Meowth slowly walked to Scrafty´s hiding place calling him to get outside. He asks Scrafty why is he doing this. So Scrafty tell him that he needs a Pokemon to help him in fight and if they cooperate he will release Axew. Ash suggests that he will make way around the hut and Meowth come to Scrafty to negotiate. Scrafty show them Axew is in one piece, so Meowth realises that Axew is tied. Ash notice the window on side. Ash suggests that there is way to release Axew, telling Meowth that he go and talk with Scrafty again. Meowth told That Scrafty is an evolved form of Scraggy that it will be good idea to take Scraggy with him to distract Scrafty. So Ash let Scraggy to go with Meowth and he take Snivy to go with him. As Snivy was released from her´s Pokeball, she attacks Meowth, but Ash told her that Meowth is on their side now.
Meanwhile Jessie and James are in Nimbasa City Gear station doing another of their operations.
Meowth and Scraggy come to Scrafty and Ash go around the hut again. Scaggy and Scrafty are showing which moves they can use, so Meowth suggests Scrafty to teach Scraggy some good moves how he will be distracted. Scrafty accepts. He show him how to use Hi Jump Kick. Scraggy try to use that move, so Scrafty is distracted and Meowth show sign to Ash that he can release Axew. Snivy uses wine whip and grab Axew. Pikachu uses Thunder Bolt on Scraggy and return to the others.
Meowth says that Scraggy is worried about Scrafty. Scrafty come to the gang and tell he want a proper fight and if he win they will help him. Ash accepts and choose Tepig to battle against him. Tepig easily wins. Meowth and Cilan investigate why was Scrafty doing this things. So Scrafty admits that his nesting place as taken away so he need a help return it back. But everybody he asks has refused him so he tried to kidnap Pokemon. They agreed to help him.
Scrafty show them that Mandibuzz have taken his nesting place. Scrafty try to attack Mandibuzz, but he easily defeats him with Shadow Ball. Then Scraggy try. He uses a move that he previously learned by Scrafty, Hi Jump Kick and defeats Mandibuzz. After that Mandibuzz started crying because he was kicked out from its flock because it ate all of flocks food. So Meowth suggests that they pick some food and return it to Mandibuzz´s flock. So Mundbuzz has returned it´s flock.
Iris says that Meowth is very good Nyagotiator. Everybody agrees. As they continue their journey Iris try to capture Meowth and throw Pokeball at Meowth. He come out jelling he do not belong to anyone. So he says if they will not catch him, he will travel and help them.
