Ayumi (Japanese: アユミ Ayumi) is a character of the day who appeared in SS027.
Ayumi first appeared in the special when she went to the Pokémon Center that Brock and Cilan were in. The two boys gave her Pikachu some Pokémon food and Cilan battled Ayumi with his Stunfisk. As Ayumi was a beginning Trainer, she had trouble giving Pikachu commands and had her use an Electric-type move on Stunfisk, which had no effect due to Stunfisk being part Ground-type. After the battle, Ayumi and Pikachu played with Stunfisk and went back home when a Gyarados started a rampage. While Cilan was on a boat with Officer Jenny, Ayumi waved to him while he was passing by.
