! Name
The small town of Fallarbor is located between Routes 113 and 114, and features rich soil perfect for gardening. A third Contest Hall, which accepts registration for Super Rank Contests, is located here. The town is also home to a Move Maniac and Professor Cozmo.

You are now on the north end of 115. Until you beat the Petalburg Gym and gain the ability of Surf you can only reach this area through Meteor Falls and cannot reach the north part of this route. Other than dealing with three trainers, you can also access a small berry grove by destroying a Rock Smash. Head south to reach Rustboro City, then go east to trek through Rusturf Tunnel and make your way to Mauville City before going north. It is time to return to 112 to use the Cable Car.

Once at Route 112 you'll notice the two grunts you saw guarding the path to the Cable Car gone. Use it to climb up to the top of Mt. Chimney so you can go to stop Team MagmaR / Team AquaS. Before going make sure to have a strong team for dealing with different types prepared as you will be going up against the leader of the villain team, MaxieR / ArchieS, and their teams are mainly the same aside from one Pokémon depending on your version. A team of Lv. 20 or higher should work, and at least have a fighting, rock, water, or electric with you to help your chances.

Anyway at the top you'll find the the hero team, Team AquaR / Team MagmaS outnumbered and being held off by the villain team grunts so you'll have to stop the rest of the villain team by yourself and recover the meteorite before the villain team can use it to cause a volcanic eruptionR/seal the volcanoS. As you travel to the northwest corner, after facing a grunt, and an admin you'll face the team leader.

Inside the Pokémon Center, you find the PC in use by a woman named Lanette. She upgraded the previous version of the Pokémon Storage System, adding a user-friendly graphical interface, the ability to store over 400 Pokémon, and the ability to change the Pokémon Storage System of each Box. As she leaves, she invites you to visit her home on 114.

Move Maniac
The Move Maniac lives in the northwest house. This helpful guy knows every move a Pokémon can learn as it grows, and is able to teach forgotten moves to any Pokémon, for a price. He charges a single Exchangeable item for each move relearned. These rare items can sometimes be found by clearing Rock Smash.

After your victory the team leader of the villain team decides to retreat, while the team leader of the opposing team congratulates you before running off to pursue the other team. After you take the Meteorite out of their machine and once you are ready, head south to Jagged Pass.

Later...
Pockmarked by fallen Meteorites, the lengthy 114 leads up the mountainside to Meteor Falls. The Fossil Maniac lives up north, while Lanette's home stands on the water's edge.

The Bicycle is useful to have here because it's bunny hop technique is the only thing to climb the jagged rocks on this trail if you need to head back up, but anyway travel south to head back to Route 112 so you can reach a special area on that route which takes you to Lavaridge Town.

Fossil Maniac
The Fossil Maniac's house stands on the outskirts of Fallarbor Town. Head inside and talk to his little brother, who kindly gives you 28. When used in the field, Dig can be used while in a cave to return to the entrance. If you visit the cave at the back of the house, you will find the Fossil Maniac hard at work. He won't give up any Fossils, but hints that others may be uncovered by 111's raging sandstorm.

Lanette's House
Go south across the bridge to reach Lanette's house. Inside, you find the woman struggling to organize her clutter. She is happy that you stopped by, but embarrassed by the state of her home. If you promise to keep her messiness a secret, she will give you a Decoration/Decoration in return.

Lavaridge Town
A Berry A Day
Speak to the boy outside Lanette's house and he will give out one random Berry every day. Visit him every day to receive either a Razz Berry, Bluk Berry, Nanab Berry, Wepear Berry, or Pinap Berry.

Meteor Falls
There are a number of things of value here in Lavaridge town that are helpful. It has a hot spring which is possible to enter by going through a special exit in the Pokémon Center, but there's no purpose other than finding a hidden Status ailment healing item.
Nestled in the mountains between Routes 114 and 115, Meteor Falls is said to have been the site of a meteor shower in the distant past. The cavern's rushing rapids prevent novice Trainers from fully exploring the area, as doing so requires certain Surf Waterfall.

Pokémon Egg
{| class="expandable" style="margin: auto; background: #; roundy; border: 5px solid #;"
There is an elderly woman in between the hot springs' hot sand bed, who will give you a Pokémon egg containing a Wynaut which makes it easy to get one without having to catch it's evolution Wobbuffet in the Safari Zone later.

There is a herb shop that sells herbs that can heal Pokémon, but taste bitter and will cause the Pokémon's happiness factor to drop by using them. The building is the lower left building closest to the Gym. Though less expensive than their regular Pokémart counterparts (aside from Revival Herb), there is no need to buy them. The only thing to do here is talk to the elderly man with the white hair to gain the item Type-enhancing item, which enhances Fire moves.

Soon after they notice you, the leader of the opposing Team Aqua/Team Magma enters, flanked by two of his subordinates. The thieves don't seem to care, and flee with the Meteorite to Mt. Chimney. The team leader introduces himself as Archie/Maxie, and tells you that his group intends to thwart the villainous team's plans at any cost, as they have committed many destructive acts in their bid to enlarge the landmass/sea. The three then leave to pursue the thieves to Mt. Chimney.

For the Fire-type Pokémon Gym make sure to bring some Burn Heals, Berry, etc. Also bring some good Water and Rock, since the only real danger against Flannery is the move Overheat on its first strike, especially if your Pokémon has a weak Sp. Defense. Be sure to include Pokémon that have resistance to it, such as Graveler, Marshtomp, or Azumarill, especially if Azumarill has the Thick Fat ability.
Meteor Falls' western exit opens to 115, a seaside locale that links back to Rustboro City. The harsh terrain hinders overland travel, making Surf a necessity to fully explore the area.

The puzzle for this gym is to use the one of the hot springs on the upper floor, to move to  the lower floor and then find another one to move back up while the other springs inside each part contains one trainer that is hidden, or a path on that is incorrect which is a dead end and you would have to start over. The first correct path for instance is the lower-left hot spring at the entrance. Once you go from the entrance and go between the four corridors correctly and then from fifth room if done correctly you will reach Flannery.

After you win, Flannery will give you the Heat that will allow all Pokémon Lv 50 or lower to obey you without question and also allows you to use the HM move Strength outside of battle. She will also give you 50.

After the battle is over leave the gym by using the first hot spring you used on the lower level. Once outside your rival Brendan/May comes out of the Herb shop and he/she will give you the Go-Goggles and suggests to challenge your father at the Petalburg Gym before leaving. With the Go-Goggles you can now enter the desert area on 111 to collect a Fossil, so lets go there first before returning to Petalburg City
Treasure-Hunting
Though it was possible to visit Route 115 when you first reached Rustboro City, by traveling to the area through Meteor Falls, you can now explore the route more thoroughly than before. Fight a few Trainers as you comb the hills for a Great and a few Berries. You can also use the III to uncover a Exchangeable item on the beach. But where are the Pokémon? With no tall grass on the route's south side, the only species to be found are those that can be hooked with the III. Return once you can Surf outside of battle to reach the north side, where more Pokémon and items await!

The only major thing to do here is to collect the fossils which are just east of the entrance of the Desert from the northern end. Just remember that you can choose between the Root or Claw Fossils' and once you pick one, the other falls beneath the sand and there is no way to recover it. At any point talk to the man at the bottom computer on the second floor of the Devon Corporation to revive the fossil and receive either Lileep or Anorith depending on what fossil you received.

Other than that you can catch desert-exclusive Pokémon like Cacnea, or Trapinch and battle trainers. Anyway now that you have 4 badges your father Norman can now challenge you to an official gym match, return to Mauville City and use either the Rusturf Tunnel or Mr. Briney to backtrack to Petalburg City.

This is the Bulbapedia walkthrough for Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire.
These pages follow the original Game Boy Advance iteration, not Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. The guide for those games can be found here.

Fallarbor Town

Fallarbor Town

The small town of Fallarbor is located between Routes 113 and 114, and features rich soil perfect for gardening. A third Contest Hall, which accepts registration for Super Rank Contests, is located here. The town is also home to a Move Maniac and Professor Cozmo.

Meet Lanette

Inside the Pokémon Center, you find the PC in use by a woman named Lanette. She upgraded the previous version of the Pokémon Storage System, adding a user-friendly graphical interface, the ability to store over 400 Pokémon, and the ability to change the wallpaper of each Box. As she leaves, she invites you to visit her home on Route 114.

Move Maniac

The Move Maniac lives in the northwest house. This helpful guy knows every move a Pokémon can learn as it grows, and is able to teach forgotten moves to any Pokémon, for a price. He charges a single Heart Scale for each move relearned. These rare items can sometimes be found by clearing cracked rocks.

Route 114

Route 114

Pockmarked by fallen Meteorites, the lengthy Route 114 leads up the mountainside to Meteor Falls. The Fossil Maniac lives up north, while Lanette's home stands on the water's edge.

Fossil Maniac

The Fossil Maniac's house stands on the outskirts of Fallarbor Town. Head inside and talk to his little brother, who kindly gives you TM28 (Dig). When used in the field, Dig can be used while in a cave to return to the entrance. If you visit the cave at the back of the house, you will find the Fossil Maniac hard at work. He won't give up any Fossils, but hints that others may be uncovered by Route 111's raging sandstorm.

Lanette's House

Go south across the bridge to reach Lanette's house. Inside, you find the woman struggling to organize her clutter. She is happy that you stopped by, but embarrassed by the state of her home. If you promise to keep her messiness a secret, she will give you a Seedot DollR/Lotad DollS in return.

A Berry A Day

Speak to the boy outside Lanette's house and he will give out one random Berry every day. Visit him every day to receive either a Razz Berry, Bluk Berry, Nanab Berry, Wepear Berry, or Pinap Berry.

Meteor Falls

Meteor Falls, 1F (front)

Nestled in the mountains between Routes 114 and 115, Meteor Falls is said to have been the site of a meteor shower in the distant past. The cavern's rushing rapids prevent novice Trainers from fully exploring the area, as doing so requires certain field moves.

1F

Head west over the bridge to find two Team MagmaR/Team AquaS Grunts who have just stolen a Meteorite from Professor Cozmo. Soon after they notice you, the leader of the opposing Team AquaR/Team MagmaS enters, flanked by two of his subordinates. The thieves don't seem to care, and flee with the Meteorite to Mt. Chimney. The team leader introduces himself as ArchieR/MaxieS, and tells you that his group intends to thwart the villainous team's plans at any cost, as they have committed many destructive acts in their bid to enlarge the landmassR/seaS. The three then leave to pursue the thieves to Mt. Chimney.

Route 115

Route 115

Meteor Falls' western exit opens to Route 115, a seaside locale that links back to Rustboro City. The harsh terrain hinders overland travel, making Surf a necessity to fully explore the area.

Treasure-Hunting

Though it was possible to visit Route 115 when you first reached Rustboro City, by traveling to the area through Meteor Falls, you can now explore the route more thoroughly than before. Fight a few Trainers as you comb the hills for a Great Ball and a few Berries. You can also use the Itemfinder to uncover a Heart Scale on the beach. But where are the Pokémon? With no tall grass on the route's south side, the only species to be found are those that can be hooked with the Old Rod. Return once you can Surf outside of battle to reach the north side, where more Pokémon and items await!
