Reason: Information on Cyrus's team

Celestic Town

It is a tiny town that preserves the history of Sinnoh and the old ways of life, the center of town has a small shrine that dates back to ancient times. It is one of the smallest towns in the entire region. It is also one of the oldest, and some say the town was there since Sinnoh came to be created. It is the hometown of Cynthia's family. Next to the Pokémon Center is Cynthia's grandmother, talk to her and she'll tell you about the Galactic Grunt guarding the entrance to the shrine, so head down the stairs and battle the Grunt at the north end of town.

After the battle, Cynthia's grandmother will thank you, and you'll give her the Old Charm. Head inside the shrine and examine the mural at the back of the room depicting Azelf, Uxie and Mesprit. Team Galactic's Boss Cyrus will show up interested in the old Sinnoh legends and after he and Cynthia's grandmother exchange their views on the current state of the world you'll battle him.

After the battle, Cyrus will disappear in a flash and you'll be rewarded HM03 (Surf) by Cynthia's grandmother. Teach it to your Pokémon and fly to Jubilife City. After you leave the ruins you'll meet Cynthia who heard what happened and now understands that Team Galactic is more dangerous than she initially thought. She'll mention there is a library in Canalave City with books detailing Sinnoh's history, which is west of Jubilife City before leaving. Since it is the location of your next Gym Battle you will need to head there. You can travel west if you want to Route 211's east side. See this section for more details. For our next destination you should first look at the areas you can now access with your newly acquired Surf.

Shop

There is no Poké Mart in the town, so an elderly couple run a shop out of their house. A man standing in the shop gives away three pairs of glasses to you depending on the time of day. He gives away Choice Specs in the morning, BlackGlasses during the day, and Wise Glasses at night.

Fuego Ironworks

Fly back to Floaroma Town and return to Route 205. Now that you can use Surf you'll be able to reach the Fuego Ironworks by surfing. Starting from the bridge near the entrance to this route, follow the path west through surf and eventually you'll reach the Fuego Ironworks and get off at the north landing (don't forget the south landing will take you to the higher area of the Floaroma Meadow that you couldn't access before to find some items, see the items in this section for more details). Out here you can find a wild Magmar, but since it has a greater chance of being male instead of female and unless if you want to collect a Magby before defeating the Elite Four then you'll have to put more effort in finding a female Magmar to breed unless if you trade in a Ditto.

Once inside the Fuego Ironworks your objective is getting to the boiler where the owner Mr. Fuego is. You will need to use the Spin tiles to reach him. First head into the direction of the southeastern corner of the Ironworks at your own pace, but do avoid the tile near Mr. Fuego as that one will take you through another tile that will cause you to start over. After accessing the (↓) tile in the southeastern area you will see three (←) that leads to a numerous amount of tiles. The top (←) is the correct one to use and will get you to the area just right of the entrance and you can use it to get to Mr. Fuego.

Obtaining Shards

Mr. Fuego will give you a Star Piece when you first meet him. He will now trade one shard piece of each color in exchange for a Star Piece and this process is repeatable.

Route 219

Route 219

Fly to Sandgem Town and use the south exit to reach Route 219. It is the first of a chain of routes that you can use that leads in the direction of Pal Park. Make sure to bring Grass and Electric-type types for the trip since the trainers here use Water-type and you will need Pokémon with moves from both types to make it easier.

Route 220

Route 220 is not that much different from Route 219 aside from the important fact that is designed like a maze and only the top and middle exits will lead out of the maze into Route 221, so if you wish to face all the trainers or get all the items it will require trips between the top, middle, and lower sections of this route to do so.
