You'll need Surf and Dive to navigate the upcoming routes. As you can see, there's a whole slew of trainers, but tons of items. Many of these items must be accessed through Dive.

Seafloor Cavern

So, there's 4 Team Aqua Grunts and two admins. Neither are hard at all. However, Maxie's Camerupt is moderately hard and might be able to take down 1/2 or more of your team, so don't get careless with it. Also, Crobat's Confuse Ray might be a pain.
