4 h is a dual-type Normal/Normal glitch Pokémon found in Pokémon Red and Blue Versions. It can only be encountered via the Johto guard glitch with Togepi. It occupies hexadecimal slot D6 and will become a PkMn pゥぁ ゥぇ (D6) if traded to Pokémon Yellow Version. 4 h uses Charizard's sprite in its Pokédex, it is unknown as to why.
4 h is one of the many glitch Pokémon to have a Glitch screen appear over its sprite. It has the red-tint variant.
