4,ゥ is a Generation I Glitch Pokémon found only in Pokémon Yellow that is the result when a 7PkMnv is traded to Yellow. It can only be captured by using a cheating device. It is type Ghost and Normal and its Pokédex number is #207. When it is first encountered (under the party of a Juggler), it will be poisoned. Much like several other glitch Pokémon, it will revert to a Rhydon on first capture unless the player has already caught Rhydon.
