It is impossible to use because when it is sent out in battle, the game will lock up, looping its entry animation without end.

<!--==Cheating==
It can be found by using the "Always your turn" code in FireRed and LeafGreen and attacking certain Trainers. This glitch causes the game to stop (due to óË {e Ái's seemingly endless entry animation), and no action can be taken (except accessing the Help menu). When it appears, it will come out of a Master Ball and have Bulbasaur's cry.

When encountered, it will continuously scroll from bottom to top while creating green distortions around itself in random patterns. It only appears as a beige square.
NWzyfQ696QY

In order to see óË {e Ái, the player may enter the GameShark code "Always your turn" and fight a trainer (for example, Brock) with said code switched on (it appears that certain trainers or targets trigger this glitch more easily). After attacking a few times during the battle, the game may randomly and automatically switch out to óË {e Ái rather than executing a move selected by the player (it'll only happen upon selecting a move). Though, most of the time, it switches during a 2-turn move like Dig or Fly.

If data has not been saved beforehand it is recommended that one saves their game before encountering this glitch, as the game will stop on óË {e Ái's seemingly endless entry animation.

This glitch may activate during almost any trainer battle. It may also, rather than switching to B óË ÁN, have other effects, such as throwing a Timer Ball at the opposing Pokémon (while not using up a Timer Ball the player could possess).

The results of this glitch (as well as whether it is triggered) seems to be set at the beginning of every turn. Strangely, if one would switch Pokémon (normally) on the turn the glitch would activate, would the new Pokémon cause this glitch as well, it would be called by the previous Pokémon's name while switching to óË {e Ái. It will still be called by its own name if a regular switch is made, though.

The forced switch Pomeg sub-glitch

"óË {e Ái" appearing in battle

óË {e Ái, will occur when a Pokémon with "negative" (i.e. 65535 or below) health (from the Pomeg glitch) is traded from Pokémon Emerald to Pokémon FireRed or LeafGreen versions and a healing item is used, resetting the Pokémon's HP to 0 when there are no other Pokémon available for battle. By using the method above, entering a battle with all fainted Pokémon and using a Revive on another fainted Pokémon will immediately take the player to the Pokémon selection menu. However, for unknown reasons selecting the revived Pokémon will prompt the player that the opponent "is about to switch Pokémon". Returning to the Pokémon selection menu via the "YES" option but choosing Cancel instead of choosing the revived Pokémon will force the player to send out óË {e Ái. It is impossible to use because when it is sent out in battle, the game will lock up, looping its entry animation without end.
