These gifts included a [[List of local Japanese event Pokémon distributions in Generation V#2010 Birthday Audino|special Audino]] for use with copies of {{game|Black}} or {{game|White}}, one copy of this card, a Pokémon Center coupon for either a ¥800 discount off Pokémon Black or Pokémon White, or 10% discount off anything in store, and a special Birthday Ribbon sticker. Visitors had to provide evidence of their birthday with official documents, such as a birth certificate, insurance card, license, or passport.<br>
The same card was available for the 2011 campaign, which ran from {{tt|November 4|December 4 in Tohoku}}, 2011 to {{tt|November 3|December 3 in Tohoku}}, 2012.
