'M is a dual-type Water/Psychic glitch Pokémon exclusive to Pokémon Red and Blue. It has the hexadecimal identifier FE.
'M can be obtained by trading ゥ/ 4ァ 4, from Pokémon Yellow, through the English adaption of the fossil conversion glitch with an Attack stat of 254, a box data shift glitch such as the remaining HP glitch (with a remaining HP of 254), or through arbitrary code execution.
It is a hybrid of Slowpoke.
When a wild Pokémon modifier is used at a value of FE, the low HP chime will start upon encounter, and the game crashes within a couple seconds of the battle starting.
