Though I gotta ask you, like everyone else, to use the [[:Category:link templates|link templates]], which not only save space, but also prevent people from arriving at disambiguation pages. [[Lapras]] in plain wikilinks goes to a disambig page so that [[Ash's Lapras]] is easily found. {{p|Lapras}}, using the {{template|p}} template, goes to the article on the Pokémon species.

And just a little thing on the spelling: try not to use ampersands unless it's a title, the Generation III remakes of the Generation I games are [[Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen|FireRed and LeafGreen]], and {{p|Porygon2}} and {{p|Porygon-Z}} have their names written as I've spelled them. Oh, and one last thing. Try not to use "you" in articles. Use "the player" or "players" or something like that instead. Passive voice. I am '''Mewtwo Ex''', a newly registered member of this site. I've been a fan of the Pokémon series since 1999. I watched the [[anime|tv show]], and played the TCG. I loved the games, but I wasn't actually able to get one until [[Pokémon Silver]] came out. It was my first game, and, as a result, [[Johto]] is my favorite region. I just wish Nintendo would do a DS remake of G/S/C; I'd snatch it up real quick. I also have an account on Wikipedia.

Silph Co. is the leading manufacturer of Pokémon technology. It is this company that produces the [[Poké Ball]]s used by trainers to capture Pokémon, and they are constantly looking for ways to improve upon them. Their status made them a target in the [[Generation I]] storyline, in which [[Team Rocket]] orchestrated the takeover of their headquarters in Saffron City. The player, though, will arrive just in time to take on the mission of driving them out of the city, and the President of Silph will reveal afterwards the top-secret development Team Rocket was after: the Master Ball, which can catch any Pokémon without fail.

The Silph Co. Head Office Building is an eleven-floor skyscraper that is effectively a giant maze. In the games, the player must navigate using teleporter tiles in order to reach the board room on the top floor. The player must find the [[Card Key]], which unlocks Silph's doors like a hotel key, on the fourth floor of the building in order to do this. Then the player must return to the third floor, open the doors in the center-left of the floor, and use the warp panel to the far left to be taken to the room with the warp tile to the board room. [[Blue (game)|The player's rival]] waits in that room and the player must face him before continuing on. After he has been beaten, the other person in the room will give the player a {{p|Lapras}}, an extremely rare Pokémon. I am '''Mewtwo Ex''', a newly registered member of this site. I've been a fan of the Pokémon series since 1999. I watched the [[anime|tv show]], and played the TCG. I loved the games, but I wasn't actually able to get one until [[Pokémon Silver]] came out. It was my first game, and, as a result, [[Johto]] is my favorite region. It is located east of [[Slateport City|Slateport]] and the [[Sealed Chamber]] and west of the [[Sky Pillar]] and [[Mirage Island]]. The town's motto is "When the Morning Sun Smiles Upon the Waters".

Pacifidlog is a town built on wooden rafts and logs that float on top of a {{p|Corsola}} colony. One important citizen of Pacifidlog is an old man that looks for [[Mirage Island]], and will inform you on days that it appears.

There's a [[Gentleman]] in a house who will give out [[TM]]s for {{m|Frustration}} or {{m|Return}} every seven days depending on the [[Happiness]] of the party [[Pokémon]].

There's a woman who will trade a {{p|Corsola}} for a {{p|Bellossom}}.

The folks of Pacifidlog all fish and dive as part of the lifestyle. The ancestors of the people in Pacifidlog Town were said to have been born on boats then lived and died aboard them. According to legend, they lived that way because they were searching for something.

There's a legend in Pacifidlog Town of a flying Pokémon that never needs to rest. This could refer to {{p|Latios}}, {{p|Latias}}, or {{p|Rayquaza}}.

They also tell legends of sealed-away Pokémon that represent the powers of {{t|Ice}}, {{t|Rock}}, and {{t|Steel}}, which refer to {{p|Regice}}, {{p|Regirock}}, and {{p|Registeel}}.

East of Pacifidlog Town is [[Route 131]]. West is [[Route 132]] and Slateport City beyond that. The sea between Pacifidlog and Slateport has a fast running tide that sweeps up {{m|Surf}}ing Pokémon and trainers to strange places.

Curiously enough, Pacifidlog Town is one of the few communities of Hoenn that lacks a [[Poké Mart]].

In the [[Pokémon games]], Sootopolis can only be reached by diving through an underwater cavern or {{m|Fly}}ing. In the [[Pokémon anime]], the volcano Sootopolis is built in opens on one side so that ferries can reach it. Sootopolis is surrounded by [[Route 126]].

The island of Mossdeep is covered in plants and flowers. Its weather is mainly sunny, and its winds are stable. Because of this weather, Mossdeep was the ideal location to build a space center which launches huge rockets.

There is a boy living in Mossdeep who will remind [[Pokémon trainer]]s of where their [[Secret Base]] is located, in case they forget. There is also a [[Black Belt]] who will identify what [[PokéBlock]]s [[Pokémon]] like.

There is a house here run by an old man who organizes [[e-Reader]] battles for his amusement.

Many divers live at Mossdeep. One of the city's attractions is {{p|Wailmer}} watching. Also, Mossdeep is the only location in Hoenn where the rare Net Ball- and Dive Ball-types of [[Poké Ball]] are made.

In Mossdeep, there is a white rock which holds a special meaning to the people at the space center. They placed the rock outside of the space center as their wish for their rockets to fly safely.

The [[Gym Leader]]s of Mossdeep City are the mystic combination, twins [[Tate & Liza|Liza and Tate]].

A deep underwater trench runs between Mossdeep City and [[Sootopolis City]]. This cavern was found by [[Captain Stern]] in his submarine. The possibility of rare stones in the cavern has attracted the attention of [[Steven Stone]].

Steven Stone has a cottage here where he keeps part of his rock collection. He will leave behind a rare {{p|Beldum}} after the protagonist defeats the Elite Four.

When [[Ash Ketchum|Ash]], [[Brock]], and [[Misty]] reach Goldenrod City (pictured in the infobox), they are in awe of the its size and the fact that there are so many things to do. Misty plans to take advantage of the department store sales and Brock wants to meet some pretty city girls.

When Ash said he wanted some food, Brock suggested the [[Goldenrod Galleria]]. The three Pokémon trainers found, however, that getting somewhere in Goldenrod City is not as easy at it looks because many streets are dead ends. Even Whitney, a resident of Goldenrod, has a hard time getting around.

Littleroot Town is one of the the sixteen cities of [[Hoenn]], the land in which the games [[Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire|Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire]], and [[Pokémon Emerald]] take place. The town's motto is "A Town That Can't Be Shaded Any Hue."

The only exit of the town is north, which leads to [[Route 101]] and [[Oldale Town]] beyond.

In the [[Pokémon anime]], this is the hometown of [[Harrison (Johto League)|Harrison]], it is also the hometown of [[Ruby (Special)|Ruby]] and [[Sapphire (Special)|Sapphire]] in the [[Pokémon Special]] manga.

Unlike previous Pokémon games, in Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald, the player does not receive their starter Pokémon within the town itself, instead doing so upon rescuing [[Professor Birch]] on [[Route 101]].

Near the gym is a small house that houses the Pokémon world's only [[Charcoal]] kiln. The kiln is owned by a family that handles not only the production of the Charcoal, but also the collection of the necessary materials. To acquire the wood necessary for the Charcoal, the family uses a {{p|Farfetch'd}} to {{m|Cut}} down trees in Ilex Forest. The wood is then treated in the kiln and turned into Charcoal, which is then sold at the local [[Poké Mart]], making Charcoal the only type-enhancing [[Held items|held item]] that can be freely purchased, albeit at a high price.

Kurt specializes in making custom Poké Balls specifically designed to work more effectively against specific types of Pokémon. The ball that Kurt makes depends on the [[Apricorn]] that is given to Kurt by trainers. The [[White Apricorn]] is located behind his house while two other groups of Apricorns can be found on [[Route 36]] and [[Route 42]], both near [[Ecruteak City]].

{{p|Slowpoke}} may not be considered to be an important Pokémon outside of Azalea, but in this small southern Johto town, Slowpoke are placed in high regard and are revered by the community. The small well opening leads to an expansive two-level cave heavily populated with Slowpoke located underneath Azalea.
